By using Argent Eternal Path ("the Site") you agree to these terms.
1. What this is
The Site is a free, fan-made Warframe planning tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Digital Extremes Ltd. Warframe and related assets are trademarks of Digital Extremes and are referenced under fan-content use for an informational tool. Game data may be inaccurate or out of date.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are free and optional; some features require one.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Use a password you don't reuse elsewhere.
- Don't register automated/bulk accounts, share credentials for abuse, or attempt to disrupt the Site or other users.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
3. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its data, and don't use it to harass others (including via group features).
4. Your content
Planner data and group content you create remain yours. You grant us the limited right to store and display it as needed to operate the features you use (e.g. sharing "had"/wishlist marks with members of groups you join).
5. Donations
Donations via Buy Me a Coffee are voluntary and non-refundable, and grant no ownership, guarantees, or obligation of continued service.
6. Availability
The Site is provided "as is" and may change, break, or go offline at any time. It's a hobby project with no uptime or data-preservation guarantee — keep your own records of anything important.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost data or lost progress.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
